Abne Clinic
A modern therapy practice built for a modern life

About the Abne Clinic
The Abne Clinic is a modern therapy practice grounded in openness, authenticity, and intentional living. Inspired by Scandinavian values of simplicity and balance, this practice was created as a space for honest reflection, deeper self-understanding, and meaningful personal growth.
I’m Dr. Oriana Marquez Munoz, founder of Abne Clinic, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and counselor educator. My work is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach that helps clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and daily patterns.
I work with individuals who often appear composed externally while internally carrying stress, anxiety, perfectionism, or emotional overwhelm. My therapy approach is collaborative, structured, and focused on creating practical, sustainable change, and helping clients feel more grounded, intentional, and in control of their lives.
